
Kent Klindera
Independent Global Health and Human Rights Constultant
Kent Klindera is a global health and human rights advocate, donor and educator with over 35 years experience advancing LGBTQI+ rights, social justice, and community-led development initiatives globally. Currently based in Brooklyn, NY, Kent is the Chief Philanthropy Officer with UHAI EASHRI US, as well as teaching a global health course at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Kent works closely with grassroots activists, academic institutions, and philanthropic networks to strengthen participatory approaches to health equity and human rights. He is recognized for building cross-sector partnerships and mobilizing support for LGBTQI+ and sex worker-led movements.

Chiseche Mibenge
Founder, Human Rights Conveners
Dr. Chiseche Mibenge is an international lawyer and a long-standing thought partner and advisor to global feminist and faith projects. As a board member for the Global Interfaith Network for People of all Sexes, Sexual Orientations, Gender Identities and Expressions, and Episcopal Relief & Development she provided governance, and accompaniment of staff in strategy and policy making. She currently provides mentorship to young faith leaders through the Trinity Church Wall Street Leadership Fellows Program. She is a trusted interlocutor and has contributed human rights expertise for high-level dialogue amplifying narratives for faith as a force for gender equity. She is the author of ‘Sex and International Tribunals: The Erasure of Gender from the War Narrative’ and her academic career included affiliation with Utrecht University, CUNY and Stanford University.

Mark Canavera
Civil Rights Historian
Mark worked in humanitarian affairs for 25 years, supporting global child rights and LGBTIQ+ rights activists to build a more just world. Today, he has returned to his native South Carolina to study civil rights history in the American South, turning to history to understand strategies to move local communities closer to justice.

Amanda Donnell
Bloomberg Philanthropies, Reproductive and Maternal Health Program
Amanda Donnell is a public health professional with over 15 years of experience across nonprofit organizations and foundations, advancing the needs of marginalized communities globally. She brings more than a decade of experience at Open Society Foundations, where she led international grantmaking efforts focused on health and human rights. Earlier in her career, she served as a Community Health and HIV prevention Peace Corps Volunteer in Togo, West Africa and also contributed to capacity-building initiatives with LGBT communities in Haiti.

Hua Boonyapisomparn
Trans Activist
Hua Boonyapisomparn is a Program Officer at the International Trans Fund, working across East, South, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific to support trans-led movements and community-based organizing. Hua has extensive experience in LGBTQI+ advocacy, grantmaking, feminist movement building, and international development, with a strong focus on trans health, gender justice, and grassroots leadership. She is also closely involved with trans-led organizations in Thailand that strengthens the leadership and visibility of trans communities.

Cam Kessel
Strategy & Operations Leader; Ex-Google
Cam Kessel brings more than 15 years of experience leading revenue strategy, sales, and marketing for global organizations. He spent a decade at Google, most recently as Head of Global Revenue Strategy for Google’s New Advertiser division, operating in 150+ countries. Cam has long supported the LGBTQ+ movement through philanthropy and strategic advisory work. Cam currently serves as a senior Fellow and advisor at Koppa Economic Lab, focused on unlocking global LGBTQ+ economic power.

Kevin Jennings
Chief Executive Officer of Lambda Legal
Kevin Jennings is a longtime leader in the fight for LGBTQ+ equality. While a high school history teacher he helped his students create the world’s first Gay-Straight Alliance club in 1988 and went on to found GLSEN (the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network) in 1990, the first U.S. national organization dedicated to fighting anti-LGBTQ+ bias in K-12 schools. In 2009 Kevin became the Assistant Secretary of Education for Safe & Drug-Free Schools in the Obama Administration. In 2019 Kevin became the CEO of Lambda Legal, the U.S.’s oldest legal advocacy group fighting for the LGBTQ+ community. Kevin has also authored seven books and is a winner of the Lambda Literary Award, and has produced numerous documentary films, one of which (Welcome to Chechnya) was short-listed for the 2021 Academy Award for Best Documentary.

Richard Uy
Developer & Designer
Richard Uy is a New York-based web developer and designer with over 15 years of experience building digital platforms for mission-driven organizations, combining front-end development, UX and visual design, and accessibility consulting to help them reach and serve the communities that depend on them. As a developer at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice, he launched seven public-sector sites supporting criminal justice reform. As Team Lead with Out In Tech’s Digital Corps, he coordinates international teams of technologists to build websites for LGBTQI+ nonprofits and grassroots organizations around the world.

Neal Baer
Neal Baer, MD, MA, MEd, is an award-winning showrunner, television writer/producer, physician, author, and public health advocate and expert. He is Executive Producer of Rush for HBO Max, France; Consulting Producer of Netflix Europe, Middle East, Africa; and Founding Director of the Harvard Medical School Master of Science degree program in Media, Medicine, and Health. Previously, he was Executive Producer of Baking Impossible, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and of ER, for which he received Emmy nominations for Outstanding Writing in a Drama Series for the episodes “Hell and High Water” and “Whose Appy Now?”. He was Executive Producer and Showrunner on Under the Dome and the third season of Designated Survivor on Netflix. He is the author of the novels Kill Switch and Kill Again and the editor of the essay collection The Promise and Peril of CRISPR.
